Head Coach - Christian Gallan’s LoveTennis
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Head Coach join our amazing team and drive a passion for tennis in our community of clubs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated coach who wants to make a real difference, grow a programme from strong foundations, and be part of something special.
The right candidate will have potential for growth and exposure to all facets of a great coaching program.
Be keen to coach 20-50 hours a week
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality coaching for juniors, adults, and teams (groups and private lessons)
Take part in and encourage regular social tennis sessions, helping to connect players across all levels
Plan and promote coaching terms, holiday camps, and community events
Grow engagement through local schools and outreach programmes
Support internal competitions, fun days, and social events
Mentor and organise assistant coaches and helpers where applicable
Maintain all LTA Accreditation requirements (DBS, safeguarding, first aid, insurance)

| 5+ years of coaching experience Proven junior, adult & performance coaching experience across ages and abilities with consistent, high‑quality session delivery. Highly motivated, ambitious and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with players, parents & stakeholders. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and an effective collaboration style with both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent leadership and organisational skill Strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills and excellent analytical skills. Positive and cooperative mindset – innovative by nature, optimistic and dedicated to developing players, ensuring they are in the best position to fulfil their potential |
