Coach (typically a Level 3 or above)
The current role has between 15-20 hours ready to go, with 2 venues requiring a head coach to grow, run and develop the programme. The goal is to look to develop this role into a more full time job, looking to partner with more venues and grow current programmes.
The role will include;
- Working with LTA Youth players
- Working with Adult players
- Schools engagement
- Club development
- Individual coaching
- Programme growth / development
The job will be primarily located within the North Leeds area, however scope to engage with more of our venues.
We are a multi-venue coaching organisation based in Leeds, Harrogate and Bradford. We currently operate over 5 venues and various schools. All of our sessions run in alignment with the school academic year, with approximately 38 weeks a year of coaching. We then look to run Holiday Camps during Feb HT, Easter, May HT, Summer and Oct HT.

We supply all venues with the following equipment;
- Balls
- Markers
- Bean bags
- Hoops
- Rackets
We also look to support with other equipment requirements too, if there is a specific requirement.
The successful candidate should have the following;
- LTA Level 2 or higher (L3 ideal)
- Coach Accreditation
- Valid driving license + car
