Full Time Tennis Coach
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and highly skilled coach to join our team full time. The successful candidate will deliver outstanding coaching sessions,help grow participation at the club, develop schools outreach programme to identify the next generation of talented players and contribute to the success and reputation of Unique Tennis Langley.
The role also provides the unique opportunity to work closely with Regional Player Development Centre ( RPDC) coaches and players, allowing the successful candidate to continue to develop their coaching career,gain exposure to performance pathways and grow their expertise.
Unique Tennis Langley is a new and ambitious tennis organisation dedicated to creating a high quality tennis environment that supports players of all levels,from beginners and juniors to competitive athletes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging coaching sessions to players of all ages and abilities including juniors, adults and performance players.
* Lead the growth of the schools programme, creating pathways to transition into club coaching and competition.
* Identify and nurture talented players from grassroots to performance level.
* Develop structured coaching programmes aligned to the company's coaching philosophy.
* Support the growth of grassroots tennis through schools, community and outreach programmes.
* Contribute to player development pathways,from recreational participation to competition.
* Assist with planning and delivering tournaments, matchplay events and holiday camps.
* Promote inclusivity, diversity and accessibility within the tennis programme.
* Mentor and guide assistants,instructors and volunteers where required.
* Collaborate with RPDC coaches and players to continue your own coaching development and to enhance the club's coaching standards.
* Support the wider business with events,open days and community engagement activities.
* Maintain professional standards in line with safeguarding,child protection and health and safety.
* Contribute ideas and feedback for the continued improvement of coaching services and club operations.
* LTA Competition Organiser experience desirable so too a proven track record in developing junior performance players.
Experience in schools or community tennis outreach projects.
