Approximately 20 to 25 hours of group coaching spanning both development and performance group coaching. In addition to these term time squads, the role would encompass holiday activity opportunities for all ages and would be able to deliver private lessons with our players.

Aldershot Tennis Centre is operated by Virtus Leisure Management Ltd. It is a Community Indoor Tennis Centre CITC as was runner up in the LTA National Club of the Year in 2024. We have 4 indoor acrylic courts ad 10 outdoor acrylic courts plus a gym and studio. There are over 400 attendances per week by players of all ages and abilities. We are a large competitions venue, hosting ITF 25k, Tennis Europe, National Series, Progress Tour and other LTA events. We have developed a reputation for being innovative, exciting and we strive to excel in everything we deliver. There is a large amount of training and support for personal development through regular team training, coach workshops and 1-2-1 mentoring.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a passionate coach with great communication skills and a desire to further their learning in a dynamic tennis environment.
Proven track record in delivering tennis lessons to a variety of ages and levels.
Works well as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Passionate about coaching.
Demonstrates a willingness to support and contribute to the wider business.
Excellent communication and customer service skills both on and off the court.
