We’re looking for an enthusiastic tennis coach to join our growing program. This role involves delivering high-quality sessions to players of all ages and abilities, with a focus on developing skills, confidence, and a love for the game. Reedham Park is a lovely 8 court tennis club with 4 brand new artificial clay courts and 6 floodlit courts. Based in Purley close to croydon.

Person Specification – Tennis Coach

We are seeking a motivated and professional tennis coach who is passionate about player development and growing participation at all levels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to engage and inspire players of all ages and abilities. You should be reliable, well-organised, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a coaching team. A positive attitude, commitment to ongoing professional development, and a genuine enthusiasm for the sport are essential.

Essential:

LTA Level 2 (or higher) coaching qualification
Current LTA Accreditation (or willingness to gain it)
Experience coaching juniors and adults or an experienced junior playing background who is looking to get into coaching.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
DBS check, safeguarding and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable:

Experience delivering group and individual sessions
Knowledge of LTA Youth and other tennis development programmes
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
