Full time- Tennis Coach
The Role
You will:
•Lead high-quality one-to-one and small group tennis sessions for pupils of all ages and abilities
•Teach weekly tennis lessons to Reception, Year 1 and Year 2
•Inspire a positive, inclusive sporting culture.
•Support individual player development through tailored coaching.
•Contribute to a varied programme including potential Saturday coaching, parent sessions, and holiday camps.
•Oversee the scheduling, timetabling of all individual and small group lessons.
•Oversee the management of recharges with the finance team.
•Manage the communication with parents regarding bookings and cancellations.

About You
You will:
•Hold a minimum LTA Level 2 or 3 coaching qualification (LTA Accredited desirable).
•Have experience coaching children in a school or club setting.
•Be enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable in your coaching style.
•Be committed to pupil welfare, safeguarding, and inclusive participation. Following all school policies and procedures.
Other Duties
•Always observe health and safety procedures and work safely.
•Be responsible for your own continuing self-development, undertaking training as appropriate to the working environment and location, and developments in your role.
