We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious coach to work with serious juniors (who train 15+ hours per week) on a day to day basis. Age range 8-16. Duties include:
- plan and deliver on court training sessions pitched at high performance level appropriate to age
- goal setting and tournament planning
- attend LTA Grade 3, national, Tennis Europe and ITF tournaments with players, sometimes involving full supervision (when parents not travelling)
- liaise and communicate with parents

Approximately 70% of the work will be during the school day (between hours 08:30-16:30), but there may be additional hours required in evenings and weekends (flexible).

We are the only tennis academy in the country also registered with the Department for Education as an independent school (affiliated with the Independent Schools Association and inspected by the Independent Schools Inspectorate). We are the only school in the country exclusively dedicated to aspiring young tennis players only. We have in-house teachers and don't outsource to online schools or external tutoring companies, ensuring the quality of our education provision matches the quality of our tennis provision.

We train on 8 outdoor hard courts, however this just makes our players tougher in the winter, and it hasn't prevented our players from achieving 16 Tennis Europe wins, 37 National Grade 1-2 titles and 7 GB No.1 rankings over the years.

You will be motivated and highly ambitious and either:
- highly experienced in developing top juniors and confident in your own abilities to hit the ground running, OR
- inexperienced but willing to learn from experienced coaches and develop into an elite level coach in time
