Your Mission
To design and deliver a beginner pathway that:
Builds confidence and enjoyment from the first session
Develops technically sound, match-aware players
Inspires pupils to represent Davenies with pride
Creates a lifelong love of tennis and sport

Create age-appropriate lesson plans with clear progression
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-standard training environment
Track pupil development and identify emerging talent

The Ideal Coach
You are:
Passionate, energetic, and inspirational
Confident working with large age ranges
Structured, professional, and reliable
Focused on player development, not just drills
Able to motivate beginners and make tennis exciting
What Makes This Role Different
You are building a programme, not just delivering sessions
You will shape a pathway from Year 2-5
You will be trusted to bring ideas, creativity, and leadership
You will help define the tennis culture at Davenies
