County Performance Lead - Cornwall - ages 11-18
Responsible for developing, co-ordinating and ensuring quality delivery of the 11-18 County Performance Programme and selection of county teams
Tennis Cornwall is the county association for Cornwall working with the tennis community for Operations, Participation, Competition and Performance. We work closely with the LTA.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes;
•inspirational advocate for Cornwall County tennis
•good knowledge of talent development preferably in tennis
•excellent communication skills
•ability to build co-operative and supportive networks
•ability to manage performance of coaches working on the programme
•able to deliver against the aims of the role
•LTA Coach qualification preferred
•good IT skills
•a growth mindset
