This position involves working across 4 existing programmes in South Oxfordshire (Portcullis Tennis Club, Blewbury Tennis Club, The Bullcroft in Wallingford and Boundary Park).

You will deliver a mixture of LTA Youth and Adult group coaching sessions across 5 days a week including Saturday. A programme that includes both established groups and newly launched sessions.

Alongside group delivery, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to run their own self-employed individual coaching business, enabling them to significantly increase earnings.


Key Responsibilities:

-On-Court Delivery
-Deliver high-quality coaching across LTA Youth, Adult Coaching, Cardio Tennis and Tennis Express.
-Support the growth of the programme through excellent player engagement and retention.
-Help build strong school and club links to drive participation.
-Opportunity to build and manage your own portfolio of private coaching sessions on a self-employed basis.


Hours & Compensation:

-Full-time role: 20 hours per week group delivery (scope to grow up to 30).
-Opportunity to build up to 15 hours of private coaching.
-Salary / Rate: Dependent on qualifications and experience (to be discussed with employer).

Minimum LTA Level 2 qualification (Level 3 or above preferred).

Experience delivering sessions to children aged 4–17 and familiarity with LTA Youth coaching.

Minimum 1 year coaching experience across a range of sessions.

Passionate, enthusiastic and committed to delivering an outstanding tennis experience.

Professional, reliable and customer-focused.

Confident working independently and as part of a team.

Positive attitude towards ongoing learning and development.

A growth mindset.

Experience using software systems such as ClubSpark is desirable.
