Two Available Roles
1. Full-Season Role (March to November)
10-month contract.
Requires experience coaching players of all levels.
Lead small coaching teams with confidence and professionalism.
Minimum qualification: LTA Level 4.
2. Seasonal Role (Late June to September)
A fantastic summer opportunity in the Spanish sunshine.
Minimum qualification: LTA Level 2.

Set on the beautiful Costa Cálida coastline in southeast Spain, The Racquets Club offers an exceptional environment with 41 courts across tennis, padel, and pickleball, making it one of Europe’s premier racquet destinations.
You’ll be joining a vibrant team of around 70 staff, including up to 25 coaches during the high season, creating a supportive, energetic, and collaborative coaching community. Our wider facilities include everything you’d expect from a world-class resort—fitness, hospitality, family amenities, and professional services—plus easy travel links via Murcia and Alicante airports.
We’re seeking coaches who bring enthusiasm, energy, and professionalism to every session. As an Accredited Coach, you take your development seriously and uphold the highest standards on and off the court.
You’ll work with holidaying guests who expect not only outstanding coaching, but also an enjoyable, memorable experience—so a big, warm, engaging personality is essential.
Most importantly, you must be a team player—we all pull together to achieve success. Our guests are here on holiday, so your role goes beyond coaching: you’ll help create a warm, fun, uplifting atmosphere where players feel welcomed, entertained, and inspired.
