This role is aimed at a coach looking to work full time with a team or part time coaches supporting around them. There are a high number of group lessons and consistent demand for individual coaching. Lessons will all take place on indoor courts. This role is perfect for a coach who loves developing players at the start of their tennis journey and growing participation in the sport.

Tunbridge Wells Sports Centre is run by Fusion Leisure and has various sporting opportunities including a gym and pool. Virtus Leisure Management is the sole provider of coaching at the venue and uses indoor tennis courts to provide tennis coaching.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a passionate coach with great communication skills and a desire to further their learning in a dynamic tennis environment.
