We are looking for a coach to join our team in delivering a large community programme which encompasses all ages and stages. The coach will have a schedule of around 20 group coaching hours and access to a large player base with high demand for individual coaching. The coach should be committed to their own professional development and being part of a team to develop themselves and others.

Bromley Tennis Centre is operated by Virtus Leisure Management Ltd. It is a Community Indoor Tennis Centre CITC, and is a Regional Player Development Centre and 10U Performance Programme. We are a Coach Development Centre and hold Open Court sessions. We have 6 permanent indoor acrylic courts, a seasonal bubble over 4 acrylic courts plus a performance gym and studio. There are over 1400 attendances per week by players of all ages and abilities including 480 Red stage players and 13 full time RPDC players. The programme is delivered by a team of 20 full time and part-time coaches. We have developed a reputation for being innovative, exciting and we strive to excel in everything we deliver. There is a large amount of training and support for personal development through regular team training, coach workshops and 1-2-1 mentoring.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a passionate coach with great communication skills and a desire to further their learning in a dynamic tennis environment.
