The Role:

You’ll deliver a variety of high-quality coaching sessions, including both junior and adult group sessions as well as individual lessons. The right coach will bring energy, professionalism and a player-centred approach to every session.
There’s also the opportunity to develop into a programme or venue lead role, with ongoing mentoring and support provided by our experienced coaching team.

At Thrive Tennis Coaching, we’re passionate about creating a fun, inclusive and inspiring tennis environment for all ages and abilities. We operate thriving junior and adult coaching programmes across Westbury Park TC and Pensford TC, offering year-round opportunities for players to learn, compete and enjoy the game. Both clubs are small but very friendly and sociable 2 court clubs.

LTA Level 2/3 qualified ( or level 2 with strong experience and ambition to progress to Level 3)

LTA Accredited (with up-to-date DBS, First Aid and Safeguarding)

Access to a car and full driving licence (travel required between venues)

A confidence-inspiring communicator who motivates players of all ages
