Serious About Sport LTD is looking for a coach to join the team, the role is a full time role, but we would consider taking on the right coach part time. The coach will be self-employed and will work under the guidance of the Head coach at the club. The role will include coaching adult and junior groups, cardio tennis and delivering individual lessons for club members. We have adult and junior programmes with defined pathway’s and we are looking for a coach who enjoys the challenge of working within different environments and has a great personality and ability to communicate with children and adults. The role will involve weekend and evening work

Serious About Sport LTD was set up in 2021 by Grant Broadley and Rhys Hanger, as a management company to support and grow tennis programmes within Sussex. One of the main aims of SAS LTD is to create an environment for a team of coaches to enjoy their work and see tennis as a long-term career. We have venues with great facilities, indoor provision, outdoor clay with floodlights. Currently our participation levels are high with 250 + players in our junior programmes, with all players working to a structured pathway from entry level to performance. The ideal candidate for this role will be an enthusiastic coach with great communication skills and an energy to help develop and grow a programme. For the more experienced coach there is the potential for a more senior role within the coaching team
