Hours: mornings, possible afternoons with peak demand during evenings and weekends. Hours are already in place to step into.
Are you an enthusiastic and motivated tennis coach with a passion for developing players of all ages and abilities? We’re looking for a self-employed accredited coach to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering a high-quality coaching programme for both adults and juniors.
As part of our expanding club, you'll be integral in supporting and growing an already thriving coaching programme.
The role includes:
💫Delivering group and individual coaching sessions for juniors (all levels) and adult players, from beginners to team players
💫Supporting club development initiatives and assisting in the delivery of holiday camps, tournaments, and club events
💫Opportunity to build a strong private client base
💫Working closely with our head coach and committee to enhance the overall club experience
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
LTA Level 3 preferred or PTR/ RPT
Passionate about coaching and player development
Reliable, professional, and a great communicator
Experienced in working with both children and adults
DBS-checked and First Aid trained (or willing to obtain)
A welcoming and supportive club environment
Established and growing programme with strong demand for coaching
Access to excellent facilities including [courts/surface type, clubhouse, etc.]
Flexible working hours and support in building your own client base
Competitive earning potential on a self-employed basis
