Assistant Lead Coach
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and reliable individual eager to develop their coaching experience and become part of our friendly coaching team.
In this role, you’ll assist with coaching sessions for a wide range of age groups — from Mini Reds (ages 4+) through to Yellow Ball players (ages 11–18). You’ll receive full training to understand and embrace the Delgado Tennis culture and coaching philosophy, with the goal of leading some groups independently by the summer term.
This role offers 15-20 hours a week Tuesday to Saturday.
Tuesday - Friday 4pm - 7pm. Saturday 9am - 1pm.
These hours can potentially go up when you get your level 2.
In the holidays there is an option to do up to 32 hours a week Monday to Thursday at our camps.

Our facilities at Braywick Leisure Centre include indoor space for Mini Reds and six outdoor floodlit hard courts for orange, green, and yellow ball sessions, providing a fantastic environment for both coaching and learning.

We are looking for a eager individual who has a passionate for tennis and working with a range of children at different abilities. We would like someone who wants to develop their coaching and willing to learn our culture.
