GW Tennis at Bearsden LTC is seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Head Tennis Coach to join our friendly and growing coaching team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive environment that values enthusiasm, player development, and community spirit.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the junior and adult coaching programmes, delivering high-quality and engaging sessions.
Support with junior and adult team tennis administration, helping to coordinate fixtures and manage team communications.
Assist with running tournaments and club events, ensuring they are well-organised and enjoyable for all participants.
Skills and Experience Required
Must hold a full driving licence and have access to transport.
Previous experience working within a tennis club environment is essential.
A positive, professional attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping players of all ages reach their potential.
Hours and Pay
Part-time, self-employed position starting with 12 - 14 hours of group coaching.
Opportunity to increase hours through private coaching.
Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.

Enthusiastic and passionate about tennis coaching.

Committed to creating a positive and inclusive environment for all players.
Desirable Qualities:
LTA Level 2 (or above) coaching qualification, or working towards it.
Experience delivering both group and individual coaching sessions.
Confident using online systems or apps for coaching administration and communication.
Interest in helping with club events, tournaments, and community tennis activities.
Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to the continued success of GW Tennis at Bearsden LTC.
