Administrative / Committee
Membership Administration
•Maintain the club’s membership records using the LTA ClubSpark system
•Handle membership renewals, new member enquiries and basic member communications
•Keep contact details and records up to date
•Act as a point of contact for membership-related queries
•Mostly remote/home-based with occasional attendance at committee or AGM meetings (in person, West London)
Bookkeeping
•Record income and expenditure
•Reconcile the club bank account
•Maintain simple financial records and spreadsheets
•Produce basic financial reports for the committee and AGM
•Support the Treasurer and committee with financial information as required
Marketing
•Social media posts
•Website updates
We are a friendly, community tennis club based in West London with around 100 members, looking for a reliable and organised person to look after club memberships and basic bookkeeping and marketing
Skills & Experience
•Experience in bookkeeping and/or administration (club, charity or small organisation experience welcome)
•Good basic IT skills – comfortable with e mail, spreadsheets, posting on social media updating websites etc
•Organised, accurate and reliable
•Able to work independently and communicate clearly
•Familiarity with online membership systems is helpful (training provided on ClubSpark if needed)
