Membership & Bookkeeping Administrator (Part-Time)
Key Responsibilities
Membership Administration
•Maintain the club’s membership records using the LTA ClubSpark system
•Handle membership renewals, new member enquiries and basic member communications
Mostly remote/home-based with occasional attendance at committee or AGM meetings (in person, West London)
•Keep contact details and records up to date
•Act as a point of contact for membership-related queries
Bookkeeping
•Record income and expenditure
•Reconcile the club bank account
•Maintain simple financial records and spreadsheets
•Produce basic financial reports for the committee and AGM
•Support the Treasurer and committee with financial information as required
Marketing
•Social media posts
•Website updates
We are a friendly, community tennis club based in West London with 4 courts and around 100 members.
We are looking for a reliable and organised person to look after club memberships, basic bookkeeping, administration and marketing.
This is a part-time, flexible role, ideal for a retired or semi-retired bookkeeper or administrator who would enjoy supporting a local sports club. The time required will probably vary from week, but probably average out at 2/3 hours a week.
