The role consists of 20 hours per week of coaching delivery across weekday evenings and Sunday mornings during term time, with the opportunity to increase hours via holiday camps, individual lessons and delivery of competitions.

Role Specification
•Delivery on our development programme: Across weeknights and Sundays the successful candidate will play a significant role in in delivering to all age groups from tots through to adults as part of our thriving development programme
•The successful candidate will also have opportunity to deliver alongside our performance coaching team on our internationally recognised performance programme
•Delivery of individual lessons to players from our development programme and U9 players from our performance programme
•Delivery on our wide ranging holiday camp programme
•Delivery of internal and external competition on Sundays
•Play a role in identifying players who would be suitable for the Academy Performance Programme

Bolton Arena is a multi sports venue which has 7 indoor tennis courts and 5 badminton courts. The tennis programme is thriving with over 300 junior players on the devlopment programme and a further 100 adults attending on a weekly basis. In addition we are a nationally recognised Regional Player Development Centre and run a Full Time Academy programme for aspiring junior players.

Person Specification (essential)
•LTA Level 3 Accredited +. Level 2 working towards Level 3 may be considered
•Experience of delivering group and individual coaching in a club/Tennis Centre environment
•Able to work on weekdays, weeknights and Sundays
•Able to work at times during school holidays
•Able to work as part of a close knit team
•Desire to develop as a coach

Person Specification (desirable)
•A good playing level, which would be able to provide good quality hitting for club level adults and younger performance level juniors
•Previous experience delivering in a Performance environment
