We are looking for a Level 3 or experienced Level 2 tennis coach to help drive our programme forward. We put 600 plus people a week through our coaching and we're looking to expand!
You will be needed to work evenings and weekends, and have a strong interest in running events and tournaments/match-plays. Camp work during the holidays and private lessons will be available and the role could be part-time if required.

Set in the heart of Royal Tunbridge Wells in Kent, we are a 1000 member club with 21 tennis courts, including hard, artificial clay and grass.

We host many tournaments including grade 3's and an ITF Masters event and our social calendar is full and varied. We are also investigating Padel courts and we have a thriving Pickle Ball membership with 8 Pickle courts marked out.

Essential:

LTA coaching qualification (Instructor Level 2 or above)

Passion for coaching tennis and developing players of all ages

Experience delivering tennis coaching sessions to both juniors and adults

Ability to plan and deliver safe, engaging, and inclusive sessions

Strong communication skills with players, parents, and colleagues

Positive, professional, and reliable attitude

Ability to manage groups and maintain a safe learning environment

Willingness to follow safeguarding, health & safety, and club/LTA policies

Desirable:

Experience working in a community club environment

Experience delivering school or holiday camp sessions

Valid DBS check

First Aid and Safeguarding & Protection training
