Introduce one of the fastest growing sports in the UK into your venue or programme. The Introduction to Pickleball course covers the fundamentals of the sport, including the set-up, basic strokes, scoring and match play formats. You’ll discover a series of exciting games that embody the fast-paced essence of the sport, including tips on how to ensure everyone plays in an inclusive and safe environment. 

With significant growth and hundreds of LTA registered tennis venues now offering pickleball, the course has been written with LTA Tutor and pickleball coach Sophie Cockell to give you the tools you need to diversify your coaching business and develop new revenue streams. 

You will; 

• Become familiar with pickleball and learn how you can open the sport up 
• Learn how to confidently and safely deliver a fun introductory pickleball session within your venue or programme 
• Understand basic ways to set-up a court, score, and play pickleball matches
