I am the Head Tennis Coach at Swindon Tennis Centre. I’ve been working there now for just over 7 years and have grew a programme from a brand new park site, now into a coaching programme of over 240 weekly players. I was awarded the coach of the year for the Wiltshire area 2020 and our Venue Swindon Tennis Centre also won the Parks site award that year. I teach a wide range of players from Recreational Beginners to High Level performance County/National Players.

Coach Accreditation is the LTA’s professional membership scheme for coaches. Being accredited ensures that a coach is qualified, insured and meets safe-to-practice standards, such as first aid and safeguarding training. An Accredited+ coach also commits to a minimum of 15 hours of professional development training each year.
Qualifications range from 1 to 5 and indicate the level of formally-assessed training a coach has completed. Coaches begin the LTA Qualification pathway at LTA Assistant (Level 1) and are able to train up to Master Coach (Level 5), the highest available LTA qualification. When choosing a coach we recommend taking into account qualifications, experience and ongoing CPD training, which can be seen in their 'Recently completed training courses' tab.
