Hello! My name is George Bull and I am the main coach at Melbourne Tennis Club in South Derbyshire. I am currently waiting to finish my level 3 coaching course and move onto the level 4 soon. I started coaching tennis 9 years ago while studying Sports Coaching at Leeds Beckett University and have worked coaching tennis at university, in schools, at clubs and for 3 summers at a summer camp in Switzerland. My goal is to combine my love of yoga, circus and tennis to develop myself into a top coach.

Coach Accreditation is the LTA’s professional membership scheme for coaches. Being accredited ensures that a coach is qualified, insured and meets safe-to-practice standards, such as first aid and safeguarding training. An Accredited+ coach also commits to a minimum of 15 hours of professional development training each year.
Qualifications range from 1 to 5 and indicate the level of formally-assessed training a coach has completed. Coaches begin the LTA Qualification pathway at LTA Assistant (Level 1) and are able to train up to Master Coach (Level 5), the highest available LTA qualification. When choosing a coach we recommend taking into account qualifications, experience and ongoing CPD training, which can be seen in their 'Recently completed training courses' tab.
All coaches displayed on this tool are committed to delivering tennis to people of all backgrounds including disability, faith, gender identity, race, sex and sexual orientation.
