I grew up playing tennis, competing in junior tournaments and playing for the Hampshire Junior County Squad. Tennis has always been a great part of my life, playing competitively for my local club wherever I have been based. I am a level 3 LTA Accredited coach and have 7 years' experience, coaching groups from LTA Youth, Red, Orange and Green level up to Teens and Adults, as well as running individual coaching courses.

Coach Accreditation is the LTA’s professional membership scheme for coaches. Being accredited ensures that a coach is qualified, insured and meets safe-to-practice standards, such as first aid and safeguarding training. An Accredited+ coach also commits to a minimum of 15 hours of professional development training each year.
Qualifications range from 1 to 5 and indicate the level of formally-assessed training a coach has completed. Coaches begin the LTA Qualification pathway at LTA Assistant (Level 1) and are able to train up to Master Coach (Level 5), the highest available LTA qualification. When choosing a coach we recommend taking into account qualifications, experience and ongoing CPD training, which can be seen in their 'Recently completed training courses' tab.
