Ben Bush has been with us at DLTC for several years now. He has been coaching full time for over 15 years across various clubs and school in Cheshire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire. Over the last few years Ben has been nominated for the British Tennis Awards and has gone on to win the following: 2017 Cheshire Development Coach Of The Year, 2017 North Of England Coach Of The Year, 2018 Cheshire Development Coach Of The Year.

Coach Accreditation is the LTA’s professional membership scheme for coaches. Being accredited ensures that a coach is qualified, insured and meets safe-to-practice standards, such as first aid and safeguarding training. An Accredited+ coach also commits to a minimum of 15 hours of professional development training each year.
Qualifications range from 1 to 5 and indicate the level of formally-assessed training a coach has completed. Coaches begin the LTA Qualification pathway at LTA Assistant (Level 1) and are able to train up to Master Coach (Level 5), the highest available LTA qualification. When choosing a coach we recommend taking into account qualifications, experience and ongoing CPD training, which can be seen in their 'Recently completed training courses' tab.
