This group session is aimed at Wheelchair Tennis players. We will have 2 coaches at each session so we can cater to more experienced players and to beginners. We have spare sports wheelchairs (and racquets if needed) ready for you to use and will take you through the everything you need to know about getting started or levelling up your tennis over these weeks!
We split the session into sections that will help you improve on moving the chair around the court, learning how to Rally, Serve and Play points and matches. You will discover and grow your love for Tennis as your Sport for Life!
