A course designed for those who have completed the Tennis Xpress Beginners course, who are returning to the sport after a long break or who consider themselves a beginner with some experience. Technical advice will be given to players, with the focus on being able to hold a rally, whilst introducing some basic tactics for point playing. Sessions will include a combination of drills and putting these skills into practice through match-play.
