Tennis Xpress is a structured 4 week beginner tennis course for adults designed to help you learn the basics of the game in a fun and supportive environment.
Tennis Xpress is ideal if you are:
- Completely new to tennis
- Returning after a long break
- Looking for a simple way to start playing regularly
By the end of the course, you will have the confidence to play social tennis and continue your development.
Tennis Xpress runs over 4 weekly sessions, delivered by LTA Accredited coaches.
Each session builds progressively, covering:
- Forehand and backhand technique
- Serving and returning
- Rallying and movement on court
- Basic scoring and match play
