This six-week course is perfect for adults who have mastered the basics and want to keep building their skills and confidence on court.
What to Expect:
Led by LTA Accredited Coach Issie, this fun, relaxed and social course will help you:
- Improve consistency and control in rallies
- Refine footwork, movement and positioning
- Develop your serving technique
- Learn basic tactics and matchplay strategies
- Build confidence to play friendly, informal games
We’ll continue using a mix of softer balls and adjusted court spaces to make learning more enjoyable while gradually progressing toward full-court play.
By the end of the course, you'll feel confident hitting with others, joining social tennis sessions and playing casual matches with friends and family.
