It doesn’t matter if you already play tennis or not - the programme is completely free and will help you improve your coaching ability as well as building key skills across many different areas in the game. LTA Adult Tennis Leaders is the first step on a leadership programme in tennis, sport and beyond.
This exciting leadership programme will enable individuals to learn the key skills and behaviours to support tennis coaches to deliver sessions on court, and assist with the running of events, venues, and tournaments.
As a tennis leader, you will support by ensuring that the sessions/events are relevant, accessible, rewarding, and enjoyable for everyone. If you're wanting to take your first steps into supporting the sport, either as a career or a hobby, sign up now!
