This course is at our Cooper Park site. A course for adult (16+) beginners or those with little or no experience or who may have played for a number of years and now consider themselves to be rusty! You will quickly learn the rules of the game and how to score in singles and doubles. Streamlined tactical and technical coaching allows you to play the game immediately with the aim being to keep it simple. Elements of the LTA's Xpress Tennis syllabus will be used. Decompressioned tennis balls will be used at the start to help success. If you are a new member you are entitled to 6 weeks free coaching on this course which can be deducted off your membership.
