Session suitable for the following standards:
For those who play or used to play fairly regularly. Can rally over the net comfortably with forehands and backhands, whilst controlling the direction and depth of the ball. Knows how to position themselves on court and how to score.
For those who have played a lot of tennis over many years - can rally consistently and construct points, serving with spin, placement and power.
