Padel Xpress is a six-week long course designed to help adults who are new to the game hit all the basic shots, use the glass effectively, and gain a wider understanding of the tactics required in padel.
The six-week course will include one hour each week, meeting other players and having fun whilst getting to grips with the basics. By the end of the course you will be able to enjoy fun matches with friends, family or other people that you meet.
