Padel Xpress is a group coaching program for adults who are new to padel and want to learn the basics of the game. Padel Xpress courses are designed to be fun and social, and to help beginners and improvers learn new skills and meet other players. The courses are taught by an LTA Accredited coach and cover basic skills such as: Serving, Rallying, and Using the back glass to play the "bandeja. Padel is a fast-growing sport that's similar to tennis but played on a smaller court and with a slightly smaller, less bouncy ball. The game is typically played in doubles, and the rules include serving underhand and allowing the ball to bounce once on each side of the net before volleying it off the walls.
