Group sessions are a great way to develop skills playing with and against others of a similar standard. LTA -qualified coaches bring the whole group together, also giving time to each player. Individual goals and targets are set to help everyone improve. Following each 1.5hour session players can enjoy a well-earnt coffee/ tea and biscuits and are encouraged to stay and get to know other members of the group. Tennis has been proven to be ace for the brain as well as the body.
