New to tennis or picking up a racket after years away? This friendly starter session covers the essentials, grips, basic footwork, forehand/backhand, simple rallying, an intro to serving and scoring. Expect easy drills, fun games, and lots of coach support to build confidence and consistent contact. No pressure, just plenty of reps and a great way to meet players at your level. Comfy trainers welcome; we have spare rackets if you need one.
