About the class
Walking Tennis is open to anybody. Whether you're a lifelong tennis player, you're new to the sport or if you just need a bit more time, you can give the game a go in a supportive setting.
Walking tennis is a low impact version of tennis designed for all ages and abilities with modified rules such as no running, or jumping. A low compression ball and 2 bounces ensures it is accesible to all. It is suited to older adults, people with disabilities or those recovering from injury.
