Tennis Xpress is a 6-week beginner adult introductory coaching course for players who want to learn the essentials of the sport, or who have played before but are coming back from a long lay off.
By the end of the course, players should be able to serve, rally and score – so they can get on court and practice with friends and family.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve played a handful of times or never picked up a racket before – Tennis Xpress is for all beginner adult tennis players.
