Tennis Xpress is a 6-week beginner adult introductory coaching course for players who want to learn the essentials of the sport, or who have played before but are coming back from a long lay off. If you have attended this course previously, the fundamentals will be the same but the drills can be progressed to suit all abilities.
By the end of the course, players should be able to serve, rally and score – so they can get on court and practice with friends and family.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve played a handful of times or never picked up a racket before – Tennis Xpress is for all beginner adult tennis players.
