Cardio Tennis is a fun, high-energy workout on the tennis court combining tennis drills with fitness training and music. Expect plenty of movement, fast-paced rallies, and team-based games designed to keep your heart rate up and your energy high.
In a typical session you can cover around 4km of movement on court and burn 500+ calories, all while improving your tennis skills and having a great time.
