Cardio Tennis is a fun, high energy group fitness class that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise.

Cardio Tennis is suitable for all levels of players from beginners to advanced. The session is very active, set to music and is a great way to keep fit! All equipment provided - just come ready for a workout!
