About the class
Cardio Tennis is a fun, high energy group fitness class that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise.
A fun active tennis session to music with lots of running. Great for all abilities. This group is open to junior players as well as adults so please bring along kids aged 9 or older to join in as well. There is a maximum of 12 players per session.
