Ladies Morning Class

Come along to a coached ladies only morning of all ages and abilities followed by an element of social play. The coach will cover a range of technical shots and tactical play which is centred around the forehand, backhand, volley and the serve. The coach will not only get you to a good playing level to be confident to hit with individuals outside of the coaching environment but they will refine your playing skills and get the player thinking more about structuring the points and how to expose their opponent and work game strategies in competitive points.
