Ladies Improver Doubles Coaching

Session suitable for players of the following standard:

• 4th Team Ladies (Division 7)

A ladies doubles focused class for players at the improver level, possibly with a view to playing lower league ladies team tennis next season. During this class we will be looking at working on positioning and patterns of play, as well as understanding defence and attack within the doubles format. Players in this class should be able to serve into the correct service box with some consistency, be comfortable playing at the net and be able to maintain a cross court rally with a partner from the baseline.
