Adult Beginners/Rusty Rackets Class - Whether you are a complete beginner, not picked up your racket for a while, or just play socially without knowledge of technique or tactics, come along to this fun, friendly coaching class, that covers all the basics to help you learn, develop and improve to enjoy the game even more. Class structure is limited to a maximum of 5 players to promote an improved coach/player coaching ration, to help beginner players develop quicker. Class delivered by Head Coach Kevin Duffy.
