This dynamic 11-week program is designed for players who already have strong foundational skills and are ready to elevate their game to a more competitive level. Throughout the course, participants will refine techniques, sharpen tactical awareness, and develop the physical and mental tools needed to perform with confidence in match-play situations.
Each week focuses on a key area of tennis — Players will receive personalised technical feedback, participate in high-intensity drills, and engage in competitive scenarios that replicate real match pressure.
