Cardio Tennis is a fun, high energy group fitness class that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise.
Fun fitness? Cardio tennis is a great workout class that improves health and fitness while doing something we all love... Tennis! Lots of fun drills and games to keep you active through out the entire class as well and hitting a lot of tennis balls over the course of the sessions! A great way to improve your overall cardiovascular fitness and while also improving your tennis. Not to mention that we play with music every session to keep you pumped up for the whole hour.
