This course is perfect for beginners who want to develop a solid foundation in tennis. Over 7 weeks, we will cover:
- Grips – Learn how to hold your racquet correctly for different shots, giving you better control and confidence.
- Stances & Footwork – Discover the main stances and the most efficient ways to get into position for every shot.
- Swing Techniques – Develop your forehand, backhand, and learn the basics of topspin.
- Consistency Drills – Fun exercises and mini-games designed to help you sustain rallies of 4–6 shots and beyond.
This small-group course ensures personalised attention, building confidence, coordination, and enjoyment on court.
